Gun control initiatives in the U.S. yield opposite results

administration, for quite some time has been trying to rein in and control the purchase and use of guns in the country. It was also being anticipated that government authorities would embark on a nationwide mission of confiscating firearms. The advocates of gun control are now gradually changing their position in the face of huge adverse public opinion.
