Both of these elements have been established as the causative agents of neurological damage, endocrine disruptions and gastrointestinal problems. People should also try to avoid margarine which is made with the hydrogenation of trans-fat oil.

 

Therefore, it is  suggested that people should be extra careful about their daily food habit and avoid foods that have a number of ill effects on your health.
