Lets us stop the infiltration of “Seeds that attract weeds” !



According to Natural News, a lawsuit challenging biotech giant Monsanto's genetically modified (GM) seed patents is on its way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Seventy-three organic and conventional family farmers, public advocacy groups and seed companies have joined this lawsuit against Monsanto in an attempt to block the company from suing them when these biotech crop seeds inadvertently contaminate their farms.

The St. Louis-based chemical company, known for its Round-up glyphosate herbicide and the patented GM crops bred to withstand gyphosate use or to create their own pesticides (or both), has already filed more than 130 lawsuits against 400 farmers and over 50 small businesses for patent infringement when these seeds have been found contaminating their fields.

Monsanto’s GM crops are planted every year on over 300 million acres worldwide. Although they claimed that their new scientific experiments will yield greater amounts of food along with less use of herbicide, the fact remains that they have failed miserably. They have failed to deliver what they had promised.

This is not enough. There is more to it. Michael R. Taylor, who was the US Food Safety Czar, is now the newly appointed Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of the FDA, a position which would enable the giant biotech company Monsanto to silently and legally feed cancer causing vegetables to every living person who is not 100% strictly organic.

Nothing is lost yet. There is still hope. If we want, we can stop him from being the FDA's Senior Advisor. All that needs to be done is that we have to sign the petition against him. This petition already has over 60,000 signatures. 75,000 more signatures are required. Sign the petition now.
