Guilty until proven innocent? Atlanta cops forcibly take blood from suspected DUI offenders who deny breathalyzer


 

 

You have the right to remain silent … while being jabbed with a dirty needle against your will as you are strapped to a table and held down by 5 cops. You have the right to an attorney … after your rights are violated, your body is invaded with foreign objects, and the police have their way with you. Anything you say can and will be held against you while the needle is going into your blood, while the police are filing away your DNA, for NSA to catalogue with your emails and phone calls, and that will be scrubbed against any prior history you have of taking medications, which will be cross referenced with any guns you’ve purchased, which will all be part of your mandatory audit after Obamacare kicks in next January.

 

Even if you have not been drinking alcohol at all, if you deny a breathalyzer in Gwinnett County, among some other Georgia counties also, the cops can get a warrant to stick a needle in your arm at the station to see if you’ve been drinking, all in the name of safety of course, because anyone who says “no” to a cop is an instant criminal, aside from the fact that most cops are criminals themselves. Heck, they’re just enforcing what their superiors are telling them right? Just like Hitler’s S.S. men. Nobody else is to blame here, not the nurse, the rogue cops, or the judges who issue the illegal and unconstitutional “inner body” search warrant. What’s next? After they get your blood and you’re still strapped to the gurney, bring in the TSA to make bids on who gets to molest the “pre-guilty” rebel on the table? The cops could use the money to initiate door-to-door blood testing in every neighborhood to create the mass database for Microsoft/NSA catalogue and the new global vaccine “norovirus.”

 

I’m willing to bet big money that if the Gwinnett County Police find out from your blood sample that you have not “bled” the legal DUI limit, that they don’t just throw away the blood sample. Obamacare and the IRS will pay big money for that, and well, we’ll just call it part of the patriot act, because “suspected” drunk drivers are almost the same as murderers, and murderers who email overseas could easily be planning something international!

 

New designated “donor” program not going over so well in Atlanta:

 

Warning; don’t drive your vehicle anywhere in Atlanta if you don’t like involuntarily giving blood to rogue cops who love strapping people down and playing God. Forget about the “designated driver” term, let’s call it the designated donor or designated abused.
